OEM & ODM
Custom pet furniture, built to your drawing
Send us a sketch, a sample or a photo with a rough size. We handle the engineering, the sampling and the production — and we tell you up front if something will not hold up in real use.
What you can change
Almost everything about the product
A custom project usually starts from one of our 500+ existing styles and changes from there. That keeps the tooling cost down and the sample lead time short.
Size & proportion
Length, width, height, platform height and leg profile. Useful when you need a piece to fit a specific shelf, planogram or room footprint.
Material & structure
Solid wood species, board type, thickness and internal reinforcement. If a size increase needs a structural change, we will say so and quote it.
Colour & finish
Stains, paints and oils. Send a Pantone, a RAL number, or a physical sample you want matched — we will come back with a finish sample for approval.
Packaging & branding
Your logo on the product where the design allows, plus your artwork on cartons and labels. Barcodes and retail marking supported.
Cushion & comfort
Cushion thickness, foam density, removable covers and washable fabrics — the parts buyers complain about most when they are wrong.
Packing & shipping
Flat-pack or fully assembled, carton or export crate. We can design the packing around your warehouse or your parcel network.
How a custom project runs
Four steps from idea to sign-off
-
STEP 01
You send the idea
Drawing, sample, or photos with a rough size. Tell us the target market and the price level you need to hit — it changes which construction we recommend.
-
STEP 02
We come back with a plan
Unit price, MOQ options, which parts we suggest changing and why, plus a sample schedule. We will flag anything that will not work before you pay for a sample.
-
STEP 03
Sample & revision
We make the sample and send photos. You approve it or tell us what to change, and we keep adjusting until it is right — that is what the sample stage is for.
-
STEP 04
Bulk runs on the approved sample
Production starts only after sign-off, with in-house inspection at each stage and third-party inspection welcome if your market requires it.
Practical notes
The questions buyers ask first
- Is there a minimum order? Yes, but it is agreed per project. A sample or trial quantity first is normal — we would rather you test it than guess.
- Do I own the design? Designs developed for you are produced for you. We do not resell a customer’s exclusive shape to another buyer.
- What do you need to quote? A drawing or photo, the size, the quantity, and your target price. That is enough for a first number.
- Can you copy an existing product? We can work from a sample, but if the design belongs to someone else, the responsibility for that sits with you.
- What about tooling cost? Most changes to an existing style need no new tooling. If a project does, we quote it separately and in writing.
