Factory Tour
See where your order is made — before you place it
Buran has been manufacturing solid-wood furniture in China since 2010. Everything below is our own workshop, our own equipment and our own team. No trading-company middle layer.
At a glance
A factory built for wooden pet furniture
Pet furniture is fussier than it looks: it has to survive a pet, look good in a living room and still ship flat. Our line is set up around those three problems.
The floor
From raw board to sealed carton
Your order moves through the same sequence every time. That repetition is what makes the quality predictable.

Production steps
What happens to your order, stage by stage
- Raw material intake — boards and solid wood are received, graded and racked by batch.
- CNC cutting — panels cut to the programmed drawing dimensions.
- Edge banding — edges sealed so moisture cannot get into the core.
- Drilling & machining — fixing points and KD hardware prepared.
- Trial assembly — every design is dry-assembled before finishing.
- Sanding & finishing — surface prepared, then stained, painted or oiled.
- In-house inspection — dimensions, finish and hardware checked against the approved sample.
- Packing — flat-pack cartons or export crates, then palletising and container loading.
Quality control
Inspection is a stage, not a final step
Quality is checked where the problems actually happen — at the saw, at the edge bander, after finishing — rather than only at the end when it is expensive to fix.
- Every bulk order is produced against a signed-off sample.
- Finished pieces are checked for dimensions, stability and surface finish.
- Hardware and fittings are counted and test-assembled.
- Third-party inspection is welcome — tell us early and we will schedule around it.
Coming to China? Walk the line yourself
Buyers are welcome to visit the workshop, meet the team and check the process in person. Tell us your dates and we will arrange the visit around your schedule.
