Every batch of solid timber is tested with digital moisture meters to ensure 8%–12% moisture content, preventing splitting or warping in North American and European dry winter heating.

CNC Precision & Edge Sealing QC
Computer-controlled panel cutting within ±0.2mm tolerance. Waterproof PUR/EVA edge-banding inspection to guarantee zero moisture ingress and zero raw substrate exposure.

Trial Assembly & Dynamic Load Testing
Randomly selected units from each batch undergo 100% trial assembly to verify pre-drilled holes, screw alignment, and static load test (150kg on dog beds / jumping fatigue on cat trees).

Corner-reinforced foam packaging and export cartons tested against 1-meter drop standards to eliminate shipping damage during ocean freight and parcel delivery.
